Fix Outlook is not loading

Outlook.com is a web-based suite of web-mail, contacts, tasks, and calendaring services from Microsoft. It was founded in 1996 as Hotmail.

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, then try the solutions given below:
Browser Related Problems:
A). There might be some browser related issues due to which outlook does not load. To resolve this issue, force a full refresh to the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favorite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)
 B) Try alternative urls such as m.outlook.com
 C) Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :   
 D) Fix DNS Problems
A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.
 You have to clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start and search for Command Prompt:

If you can access a website at office or from a 3 G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

 Change your PC's DNS settings using Control Panel

To change the DNS settings on your Windows 10 device using Control Panel, do the following:
  1. Open Control Panel.
  2. Click on Network and Internet.
  3. Click on Network and Sharing Center.
  4. On the left pane, click on Change adapter settings.
  5. Right-click the network interface connected to the internet, and select Properties.
  6. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) from the list.
  7. Click the Properties button.
  8. Click the Use the following DNS server addresses option.
  9. Type your preferred and alternate DNS server addresses. Here you can enter any DNS servers you want, including from free ones such as Google Public DNS or OpenDNS. 
  • Google Public DNS addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
  • OpenDNS addresses: 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
    10. Click OK.
    11. Click Close to apply the new DNS settings to the adapter.
Once you complete these steps, your computer will immediately start using the new DNS settings.

Note: For using more than two DNS addresses, on step 9, you can click the Advanced button, and on the DNS tab, you can add, edit, and remove as many DNS IP addresses as you need. You even have buttons on the side to set their priority.
